Services

  • Post-operative lymphatic drainage treatment is a specialized massage designed to support the body's healing process after surgery. This gentle technique focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system to help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and accelerate the removal of toxins and excess fluids that can build up after surgery. By enhancing lymph flow, this treatment can reduce the appearance of bruising, promote faster recovery, and alleviate discomfort. Whether you've undergone cosmetic surgery, liposuction, or other procedures, post-op lymphatic drainage provides essential care to enhance your body's natural healing abilities and get you back to feeling your best.

  • Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage is a unique and highly effective technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting detoxification, reducing fluid retention, and enhancing circulation. This gentle, rhythmic massage targets key areas of the body to help eliminate toxins, reduce puffiness, and improve overall skin tone. Often used for body contouring and post-surgery recovery, this treatment helps to boost the immune system, alleviate stress, and restore balance. Whether you're looking to reduce bloating, enhance your natural contours, or simply refresh your body, Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage offers a rejuvenating experience for both body and mind. Includes ultrasonic cavitation and/or wood therapy.

  • A Lymphatic Drainage Facial is a soothing and rejuvenating treatment that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system to promote detoxification, reduce puffiness, and enhance your skin's natural glow. Through gentle, targeted massage techniques, this facial encourages the flow of lymphatic fluid, helping to eliminate toxins, improve circulation, and reduce fluid retention, which can lead to a smoother, more sculpted complexion. The result is healthier, brighter skin with reduced swelling and improved elasticity. Ideal for anyone looking to achieve a refreshed, radiant appearance, the lymphatic drainage facial is also perfect for those dealing with puffiness, sinus congestion, or skin prone to breakouts.

*Includes microcurrent, gua sha, facial massage, internal mouth massage, facial cupping, and collagen masque with cryotherapy.

  • Cupping therapy is an ancient healing practice that involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This technique helps to improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation. The suction from the cups draws the skin and underlying tissue into the cup, which helps to release blockages in the body's energy flow, ease pain, and accelerate the body’s natural healing process. Cupping is particularly effective for treating chronic pain, stress, muscle stiffness, and even promoting better skin health. Whether used to target specific areas or to provide overall therapeutic benefits, cupping therapy is a powerful, natural treatment designed to restore balance and well-being.

  • Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to treat muscular pain and trigger points. During a dry needling session, thin, sterile needles are inserted into specific muscle areas to release tension and promote healing. The goal is to target “trigger points,” which are tight, painful areas within muscles that can cause discomfort and limit mobility. By stimulating these points, dry needling can reduce muscle spasms, alleviate pain, and improve range of motion. This technique is often used to treat conditions such as chronic pain, myofascial pain syndrome, and sports-related injuries. Dry needling is not acupuncture; it’s focused on relieving pain and restoring normal muscle function.

Percutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation (PENS) is a minimally invasive treatment used to relieve pain and improve nerve function. It involves the application of electrical impulses through thin needles placed near the affected nerves. These electrical signals help to reduce pain by stimulating the nervous system, promoting blood circulation, and releasing endorphins—your body’s natural painkillers. PENS is commonly used to treat conditions such as chronic pain, neuropathic pain, and post-surgical pain. It’s an effective alternative to traditional pain management techniques, providing relief without the need for medication or invasive procedures.

  • The Graston Technique is an innovative form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that helps to treat soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. This technique uses specialized stainless steel tools to gently scrape the skin and target areas of muscle tightness, scar tissue, and fascial restrictions. By breaking down adhesions and promoting increased blood flow to the affected areas, Graston helps to accelerate the healing process, reduce pain, and improve mobility. It is commonly used to treat conditions like tendinitis, muscle strains, and ligament injuries, as well as to improve the range of motion and flexibility. Graston Technique is a highly effective, non-invasive therapy that aids in restoring function and promoting long-term recovery.

  • Ultrasonic cavitation is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses low-frequency sound waves to target and break down fat cells in problem areas. The sound waves create microscopic bubbles within the fat tissue, which then implode, leading to the rupture of fat cells. This process helps to reduce localized fat deposits, contour the body, and improve skin texture. The body naturally eliminates the broken-down fat through the lymphatic system, making it an effective alternative to liposuction. Ultrasonic cavitation is ideal for areas such as the abdomen, thighs, and arms and is a popular choice for those looking to reduce stubborn fat, improve body shape, and achieve a more toned appearance without surgery.

  • Butt Cupping is a non-invasive treatment that uses suction cups to stimulate the skin and underlying tissues. The suction created by the cups helps to improve blood flow, promote lymphatic drainage, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. It can also help lift and firm the buttocks, creating a more toned and sculpted appearance. The therapy works by increasing circulation, breaking down fat deposits, and improving skin elasticity. Butt cupping is often used as a part of body contouring treatments to enhance the shape of the buttocks without the need for surgery.

  • Radio Frequency (RF) therapy is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that uses radio waves to stimulate the deeper layers of the skin, promoting collagen production and tightening the skin. The heat generated by RF energy penetrates the skin, encouraging tissue remodeling and boosting circulation, which helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin. It is commonly used for facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and improving skin elasticity. RF therapy is safe, effective, and requires no downtime, making it a popular option for those seeking to improve their skin's tone and texture without the need for invasive procedures.

  • Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment that uses fine, sterile needles to create tiny micro-channels in the skin. These controlled micro-injuries stimulate the body's natural healing process, boosting collagen and elastin production for smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin. Microneedling is highly effective for treating a variety of skin concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, and uneven skin texture. The treatment promotes skin rejuvenation, improving both the tone and texture of your complexion. With minimal downtime and impressive results, microneedling is an excellent option for those seeking to restore their skin’s natural vitality.
